A useful attachment is created from customer requirements.
A specific customer inquiry turned into another practical add-on option for our entry-level class into the world of shredders:
Stockmann GmbH & Co. KG from Fuchsstadt approached us with an idea. The question Stockmann asked themselves was: If the screen at the end of the discharge conveyor is removed, couldn’t this newly gained space be used for an extension? They envisioned a type of elongation or extension of the discharge conveyor.
The newly delivered ARJES Impaktor 350 EVO II was thus intended to achieve a higher discharge height for the shredded material to ensure direct loading of downstream equipment, such as transport vehicles.
Our engineering department gladly accepted this challenge—and quickly developed a conveyor extension that increases the standard discharge height from 3,200 mm to an impressive 4,500 mm.
We summarize the result as follows: The conveyor extension is a compact yet extremely effective add-on option. It not only meets the requirements of our customer Stockmann but will likely make daily work easier for many other operators in the future.
A guiding principle at ARJES Impaktor GmbH is: When a customer approaches us with a challenge, we develop the technical solution for it!
As a token of appreciation for the valuable suggestion and the added utility for our machine, ARJES Impaktor GmbH is handing over the prototype of the “Stockmann Conveyor Extension” to Stockmann GmbH & Co. KG free of charge.
