The Cascade Screen was designed as an optional attachment and can be seamlessly integrated into the material flow. Directly after the shredding process, it separates the material into several grain sizes – efficiently, robustly, and reliably. The system demonstrates its advantages particularly in applications involving wood, green waste, roots, compost, or mineral materials.
How does the cascade screen work?
The system is based on a stepped screen bed, with the individual screen units arranged one above the other in a cascade pattern. This creates a natural stepping motion that distributes the material evenly across the screen surfaces. Fine particles pass through the first level early, while coarser particles are transported further and separated on the second or third level.
The modular design allows for individual adaptation to different requirements. This attachment achieves excellent results, especially in the mineral processing sector.
Different screen deck variants ensure the screening of 0-35 / 0-45 / 0-55 mm material and can be easily and flexibly exchanged depending on the application.
