Welcome to the ARJES Impaktor team!
We are welcoming three new trainees to start their apprenticeships in mechanical engineering and administration at the start of 2025. This sends out a clear signal: Training has a high priority at ARJES Impaktor – because our trainees are the specialists of tomorrow.
🧱 Mykhailo Shashalevych
starts his training as a warehouse specialist and will be jointly responsible for logistics, material flow and organization in the warehouse.
👩💻 Anna Ihnatovych
starts her training as an industrial clerk. During her apprenticeship, she will pass through various departments – from Purchasing to Sales and Accounting.
👨💻 Kha Viet David Tran
starts his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, giving him a comprehensive insight into the commercial processes of our company.
👩💼 Theresa Hering, Head of Accounting & Human Resources, and Susen Dietrich support our two industrial clerks professionally and personally throughout their training. In this way, we ensure that our trainees not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also learn in a practical way and closely related to day-to-day business.
We are convinced: A solid education is the key to a successful future. That’s why we focus on:
practical training in an international environment
Varied tasks in admin, warehouse and production
personal support from experienced trainers
Long-term prospects in a growing sector of recycling technology
Whether in the office or in the warehouse: Those who complete their training at ARJES Impaktor become part of a team that lives innovation and shapes the future.
We are delighted to accompany Mykhailo, Anna and David, three committed young talents, on their training path. Together with their trainers, they will gain valuable experience over the coming years and build their professional future step by step.
