That our proven models of the IMPAKTOR 250 series and the IMPAKTOR 350 series can be equipped with an optional hopper extension? This feature has long been in use, but is often underestimated – maximum efficiency begins with loading the machine.
Especially when processing voluminous materials such as waste wood, biomass, green waste, or shrub clippings, it is crucial that the feeding system functions smoothly. The standard hopper already offers generous capacity, but in practice, one problem repeatedly arises: the wheel loader bucket is wider than the hopper.
This has several consequences: Spreading losses occur, the material falls next to the machine, filling takes longer, and the risk of material jamming increases. The optional hopper extension prevents precisely this – it is a practical solution for more efficient material feeding.
