The development comes from experienced hands: Swen Hammel, son of the company founder and himself a designer at ARJES Impaktor, not only designed the disc screen but also optimized it based on real-world experience. The result is a compact, modular screening solution that is installed directly on the discharge belt of the Impaktor 250 – without any additional conveyor line or complex additional technology.
The new disc screen performs several tasks simultaneously:
Precise screening from 0–25 mm up to 0–100 mm, depending on the variant
Compact unit, no separate screening cart required
Significantly lower investment costs compared to drum screening systems
Low-maintenance and robust – built for tough, continuous use
Suitable for many materials: topsoil, wood, scrap wood, green waste, and much more. m.
Thanks to the rotating discs, even wet or sticky material can be separated evenly – with stable throughput and without blockages.
The highlight: The system is ready to use. It can be quickly attached to existing Impaktor 250 machines – with little effort but great effect. Anyone already using an ARJES Impaktor 250 can significantly expand their range of applications while simultaneously reducing follow-up costs.
